• UpPass is a No-code Verification and Onboarding Workflow that helps Financial Institutions, Fintech, Micro Finance, and Insurance build their customer onboarding flow that prevent identity frauds and extract various verification data within 10 clicks. • As a data analyst, you will be responsible for compiling actionable insights from data and assisting sales, marketing, and product managers build data-driven processes. • Your role will involve driving business decisions and product roadmap through ad-hoc analysis, story telling and dashboard visualization. • Responsibilities: Ensure that data flows smoothly from source to destination so that it can be processed • Utilize strong database skills (SQL) to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights • Filter and cleanse unstructured (or ambiguous) data into usable data sets that can be analyzed to extract insights and improve business processes • Identify new internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives and work with appropriate partners to absorb the data into new or existing data infrastructure • Build tools for automating repetitive asks so that bandwidth can be freed for analytics • Build data and feature aggregation pipeline to feed into the dashboard data sources. • Visualize data and insights with BI tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, Power BI. (Experience with Metabase is a plus) • Collaborate with product manager and developer team to help them come up with actionable, high-impact insights across product lines and functions • Work closely with top management to prioritize information and analytic needs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, or Computer Science), preferably with work experience of over 2 years. • Can frame the problem statements and structure analysis • Experience in data visualization with proven • Familiar with database technologies and tools, data warehousing, transformation and processing. • Work experience with real data for product analytics, customer insights, business and market analysis will be advantageous. • Analytical and logical thinking • Ability to write advanced SQL programming with analytical functions • Proven problem solving and debugging skills. • Ability to write R or Python is a plus. • Statistical knowledge is a plus.
