📋 Description

• Own the full accounting cycle, including month-end close • Prepare financial statements and reports • Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial records • Reduce month-end close timeline from 5 days to 3 days • Identify inefficiencies and improve accounting workflows • Build scalable processes and documentation • Manage and oversee the bookkeeping team and AP clerk • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work • Manage and apply landed costs across products • Ensure accurate cost tracking and margin visibility • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making • Work closely with the VP of Operations on performance tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in ecommerce or DTC • Experience managing full accounting cycle and financial reporting • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and organization • CPA
