📋 Description

• Own the overall growth strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels. • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on profitable growth. • Continuously improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while increasing advertising spend responsibly. • Develop and execute a high-performing content strategy across social platforms. • Optimize the Shopify website for conversion and customer experience. • Track key marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading growth or performance marketing initiatives. • Proven success scaling ecommerce or consumer brands. • Strong expertise managing paid advertising across Meta and Google. • Experience creating high-performing short-form video content. • Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce conversion optimization. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent English communication skills. • Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar to create and improve marketing workflows.
