• Build, optimize, and manage automated marketing workflows using Zoho, GoHighLevel, and related CRM tools. • Manage and update WordPress pages (Elementor/Divi), ensuring integration with automation systems and lead capture forms. • Create, test, and monitor multi-step funnels for campaigns, including email, SMS, and landing pages. • Analyze funnel performance and conversion data to identify and implement optimizations. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation and nurturing strategies. • Manage website integrations with CRM, analytics, and ad tracking tools. • Set up and manage automations for ad tracking, form fills, and contact scoring. • Support A/B testing, campaign reporting, and optimization based on metrics and insights. • Create and maintain system documentation for workflows, automations, and integrations.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or technical digital marketing roles. • Hands-on experience with Zoho and GoHighLevel is a must. • Proficiency in WordPress (Divi/Elementor) and understanding of web funnels. • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance metrics, and conversion optimization. • Experience managing email, SMS, and funnel automations using CRM and third-party integrations (Zapier, etc.). • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and ad tracking setups (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager). • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design teams. • Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe CC for simple layouts and creatives. • Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail. • Experience working in SaaS or tech-driven marketing environments preferred.
