📋 Description

• Own marketing for SaaS Talent, a recruiting agency and GTM growth partner for B2B AI, SaaS, and technology companies • Model and package Talent & Recruiting, Growth Coaching, and Partner Program service lines into clearly positioned, productized offerings • Define service processes, building blocks, assets, customer experience, and repeatable playbooks • Build and continuously grow the lead funnel • Define funnel stages, lead scoring, nurture, qualification, and KPIs in HubSpot • Set the go-to-market plan and prioritize channels • Create and publish content through industry publications, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, and Reddit • Write website, landing page, positioning, sales enablement, and thought leadership content • Build SEO and AEO authority • Manage social media, email and newsletters, and paid media across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta • Direct content contractors, video team, PR, design, and website rebuild contributors • Use AI tools to improve marketing speed and efficiency while applying human judgment • Partner with sales and founders on conversion insights • Help grow a small specialist team over time

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B marketing • Meaningful time in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company (strongly preferred) or for a recruiting, talent, or professional services firm • B2B Product Marketing experience • Experience building and running a B2B lead funnel, including stages, scoring, nurture, and qualification • Ability to explain funnel KPIs and results in detail • Strong writing skills with a B2B portfolio of brand positioning, website copy, and thought leadership • Fluent English • Experience placing content in third-party publications and channels • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO • Hands-on experience with social media content, B2B email campaigns and lifecycle, LinkedIn, and paid media on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta • Marketing automation experience; HubSpot strongly preferred • Expertise with AI tools in daily marketing work • Experience directing freelancers, contractors, or agencies • Experience in SaaS, AI, or tech companies
