📋 Description

• Personally create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms • Film product demonstrations, lifestyle content, educational videos, and viral concepts featuring company products • Write hooks, scripts, captions, and creative concepts that capture attention and drive engagement • Stay on top of social media trends and quickly produce content aligned with the brand while maximizing reach and sales • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms • Test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and messaging to improve campaign performance • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and profitable customer acquisition • Continuously improve the Shopify store to increase conversions and improve customer experience • Update product pages, landing pages, offers, bundles, and merchandising based on customer behavior and performance data • Run A/B tests to improve conversion rate, average order value, and ecommerce performance • Manage product content and listings across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and future sales channels • Own strategy, content creation, and execution while working directly with company founders to scale revenue and improve marketing efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading content creation with yourself on camera and performance marketing initiatives • Short-form video content creation experience and high comfort appearing in short-form videos • Proven success scaling ecommerce or consumer brands via social media content • Experience managing paid advertising across Meta and Google is a big plus • Experience creating high-performing short-form video content • Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce conversion optimization • Excellent English communication skills • Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar to create and improve marketing workflows • Must be located in LATAM • Must achieve double ROAS
