📋 Description
• Design, develop, and implement innovative sustainability solutions and products aligned with customer needs and UPS strategic priorities • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on sustainability topics • Lead and deliver medium-complex, cross-functional projects across the region • Own and manage selected Customer Solutions sustainability products • Analyze operational and carbon-related data to derive actionable insights and recommendations • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Corporate Sustainability, and other Solution teams
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) preferred • Experience in supply chain, logistics, sustainability, or consulting environments is an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively • Proven ability to manage projects and drive execution across functions • Customer-focused mindset with strong consultative and communication skills • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach • Understanding of key sustainability topics, including carbon emissions and reporting, insetting and offsetting mechanisms, circular economy principles
