📋 Description

• Generate new business by managing business relationships between UPS and designated Enterprise Accounts • Execute business plans by meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals • Lead sales activity across the UPS Healthcare portfolio, including Package, Forwarding and Distribution • Drive global business growth through solution development, customer-facing communications, contract development, value creation and negotiation • Obtain knowledge about customers’ competitors and consult customers on UPS solutions supporting market competitiveness • Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of healthcare customers as their primary UPS contact • Lead customer access to Small Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing & Distribution and Cold Chain solutions, focusing on End-to-End Solutions • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and executing account strategies • Translate UPS Healthcare services, technologies and capabilities into customer-specific value propositions • Partner with Operations and Customer Solutions to design, review and optimise tailored solutions • Maintain understanding of customer strategies, financials, product launches and pipelines while expanding stakeholder relationships • Manage revenue commitments, target accounts, customer reviews, joint calls and KPI analysis to ensure performance and service excellence

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years’ experience in complex sales within logistics, ideally in the healthcare sector • A Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Logistics, Supply Chain, Healthcare or Business preferred • Fluency in English (required); additional languages are an advantage • Willingness to travel across Europe and work flexibly across regions and time zones • Ability to convert services and solutions into customer-relevant capabilities • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
