📋 Description

• Manages and develops others • Identifies individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities • Ensures that direct and indirect reports have documented career goals • Conducts frequent performance evaluations • Resolves individual and group performance issues • Coaches others and provides on-going feedback • Identifies opportunities to involve others in new work assignments • Manages customer accounts and support activities • Gathers and shares customer service best practices • Designs and oversees compilation of data suites for reporting and business reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent • Bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 5 years related industry experience in Account or Project Management • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time to client locations • Excellent oral/written communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Professional demeanor • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project a plus • Leadership and team building skills / able to work in team setting • Strong analytical skills • Financial Acumen • Business Acumen
