🎯 Requirements
• AI 및 Machine Learning에 대한 이해 — 특히 NLP (LLM), CV 분야의 지식 보유 • Agentic AI에 대한 이해 • LLM을 사용한 프로젝트 수행 경험: 문제 정의부터 모델 설계, 평가, 최적화 등 전 과정을 주도해 본 경험 (정규직) • LLM을 사용한 실제 제품을 개발해본 경험 • 우대 사항 • 최신 LLM 관련 기술들을 기반으로 한 Agent 시스템 설계 및 구현 경험 • Chain-of-Thought, Multi-step Reasoning 등을 활용한 Complex Reasoning 파이프라인 설계 경험 • LangChain, LangGraph 등 최신 Agentic Workflow 프레임워크 경험자 • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Tool Use, Function Calling 등을 활용한 파이프라인 설계 및 튜닝 경험 • 주요 국제 AI 학회에 제1저자 또는 교신저자로 논문 발표 경험 E.g.
