• 제품 운영 및 개선 기획 • 신규 모델/기능 출시 및 제품 업데이트를 위한 일정 조율, 배포 준비, 출시 후 모니터링 • 고객의 피드백 및 사용자 데이터를 기반으로 전체적인 고객의 여정 설계 및 UX/UI 및 기능 개선안 제안 • 고객사 일정 및 요구사항을 반영한 출시 계획 수립 및 관련 팀과의 협업/커뮤니케이션 진행 • 고객 문의 중 제품 및 기술 관련 이슈를 신속하게 파악 및 해결책 제시
🎯 Requirements
• 경력 5년 이상의 Product Manager 또는 유사한 역할 수행 경험 • B2B SaaS 제품의 기획, 운영 또는 고객 지원 경험 • 고객과의 커뮤니케이션을 즐기며, 문제 해결을 논리적으로 접근할 수 있는 역량 • 개발자, 엔지니어, CS 등 기술 커뮤니케이션이 필요한 직군과 협업한 경험 • 기술적 맥락(예: AI 기술, API, 인증 방식, Rate Limit, Billing 로직 등)을 빠르게 이해할 수 있는 학습 능력
