β’ Lead and execute marketing campaigns for each training intake; online and hybrid β’ Own the lead generation funnel from awareness through to enrolment β’ Develop and implement strategies to reach new audiences beyond our existing studio database β’ Track and report on campaign performance, cost per lead, and conversion rates β’ Own ActiveCampaign setup and ongoing management for the training program β’ Build and manage the pre-launch waitlist campaign β’ Coordinate across paid media, social content, and email to deliver a cohesive launch β’ Contribute to the development of PIT's brand positioning as a semi-independent Upstate asset
β’ 3+ years in a marketing role, ideally in a consumer brand, fitness, education, or training context β’ Proven experience running lead generation campaigns end-to-end β’ Hands-on CRM experience; ActiveCampaign or similar (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) β’ Strong copywriting skills; you can write an email sequence and a campaign brief without needing a lot of hand-holding β’ Comfortable with Meta Ads at a campaign management level β’ Strategic thinker who can also get into the detail and execute β’ Self-directed.
