âą Build and validate daily routes across all Upway Logistics markets for outbound deliveries and inbound collections âą Manage daily capacity against demand, including delivery and pickup slots, daily caps, and service area coverage per hub âą Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare, stage, and load outbound bikes and absorb inbound bikes on arrival âą Monitor live operations, route progress, driver status, and delivery and collection completion in real time âą Handle operational exceptions such as failed deliveries, missed pickups, delays, vehicle issues, and driver absences; re-plan as needed âą Act as the customer support agent and first point of contact for clients and sellers âą Handle reschedules, status requests, and transport-related complaints end-to-end âą Communicate proactively when issues occur and close the loop between field teams, warehouses, and customers âą Track and report daily and weekly KPIs, including on-time rate, first-attempt success, stops per route, and failed delivery and pickup rates âą Flag recurring issues and bottlenecks to the central operations team
âą 2â4 years of experience in dispatch, transport planning, last-mile operations, or a comparable fast-paced operational coordination role âą Hands-on experience with routing or dispatch software, or proven ability to master operational tools quickly âą Strong customer-facing communication skills, written and spoken âą Fluent English (our working language) âą German and/or Dutch is a strong plus âą Comfortable with data, including spreadsheets and dashboards âą Calm and structured under pressure âą Autonomous and reliable âą Experience with fleet-partner logistics setups is a nice-to-have âą Experience in last-mile logistics of bulky or high-value goods is a nice-to-have âą Experience working across multiple countries or with distributed field teams is a nice-to-have âą Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing tools is a nice-to-have âą Working hours follow the operation, including early starts and overtime in case of truck delays on the road
