📋 Description
• Act as a technical reference for the team (complex files, settlement strategies) • Support adjusters with their files (analysis, coverage, direction) • Conduct targeted quality reviews (reports, reserves, client compliance) • Provide coaching and support the development of adjusters • Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and standards • Collaborate with Directors to support overall performance
🎯 Requirements
• 8 to 10 years of experience in claims adjusting • Strong technical expertise (experience with complex files /specialty risk is an asset) • Influential leadership and coaching ability • Strong rigor, judgment, and quality orientation • Good understanding of insurer and client expectations • Bilingualism in French and English is a must (oral and written).
