📋 Description
• Reporting to the Purchasing Team Lead • Performing accounting and administrative tasks related to purchasing medical and office supplies • Processing orders timely while obtaining proper approvals • Addressing vendor issues and reconciling purchase orders • Providing excellent service to co-workers, customers, and vendors • Responding to email and phone calls within 1 to 2 business days • Maintaining a positive and professional manner
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma/GED required (associate’s degree in business, accounting or similar program preferred.) • A minimum of 1 year progressive experience in purchasing or customer service in a high volume environment. Willing to train the right entry-level person. • Prefer experience in the healthcare industry. • Knowledge of medical equipment maintenance a plus. • Must be willing to negotiate pricing.
