📋 Description
• Lead clinical workflow design across home and virtual care • Guide AI-assisted documentation and review workflows • Improve care gap closure and risk capture quality • Partner with product, ops, and engineering teams • Build protocols for MA and NP supported care • Review clinical quality, coding, and chart integrity • Help launch new value-based care programs
🎯 Requirements
• MD or DO • 3+ years in value-based care • 2+ years in digital health or clinical operations • Strong grasp of risk adjustment and gap closure • Experience improving workflows, not just reviewing them • Comfortable working with product and data teams
