âą Lead day-to-day communication for assigned health plan clients âą Manage requests and deliverables with tight tracking âą Coordinate outreach, scheduling, field ops, reporting âą Build client reports, dashboards, and status updates âą Flag risks early and drive fixes fast âą Maintain milestones, notes, and documentation âą Support onboarding and launch of new programs
