📋 Description
• Own end-to-end patient data ingestion workflows. • Validate incoming healthcare data files. • Build and maintain ETL processes. • Write SQL queries for data validation and analysis. • Apply data corrections and transformations. • Create scheduled and ad hoc reports. • Partner across teams to resolve data issues. • Document workflows and improve data standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Healthcare experience with a payer, large health system, or similar organization. • Advanced SQL skills and database experience. • Light Python coding experience. • Direct experience with data loads and ETL processes. • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. • Bilingual Spanish and English. • Experience analyzing large datasets. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
