📋 Description

• Own recurring workforce and headcount reporting • Refresh executive dashboards and workforce summaries • Clean and validate employee data across systems • Build Excel reports using pivots, lookups, and formulas • Support policy rollouts and HR process improvements • Use AI tools to speed analysis and documentation • Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements • Help leadership make faster workforce decisions with cleaner, more reliable data • Reduce operational burden on the HR team • Help build scalable reporting processes from the ground up

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR generalist or people operations experience • Advanced Excel skills with large datasets • Regular ChatGPT or Claude workflow usage • Workforce reporting or people analytics experience • Strong written English communication • Comfortable working U.S. Pacific business hours • Healthcare or multi-site workforce experience • Dashboard maintenance experience • Startup or high-growth company background • Benefits or policy implementation exposure
