• 2–4 years Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Ops • Advanced HubSpot experience (Enterprise preferred) • Built multi-step HubSpot workflows from scratch • Experience with lead scoring and lifecycle automation • Automated lead routing and assignment rules • Built reporting dashboards used by leadership • Strong understanding of funnel metrics • High attention to data accuracy • HubSpot certifications (nice to have) • Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems (nice to have) • Basic SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills (nice to have) • Experience in SaaS or professional services (nice to have)
