📋 Description
• Empower a team and build trusted client partnerships. • Lead a team to provide incredible client experience and seek out opportunities to expand services. • Support and develop team members to realize their full potential. • Consult clients and develop service plans to meet their needs. • Partner with external and internal clients for continuous improvement in client services.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required; emphasis in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field preferred. • 3 - 5 years of experience in an agricultural related field is preferred. • Experience in bovine genetics, beef, or dairy production is highly desirable.
