📋 Description
• Assist with detailed client history reports, billing inquiries and rate requests as needed. • Manage insertion orders utilizing financial systems across multiple markets. • Communicate specs, inventory, availability, and deadlines to the Sales team. • Own the process of receiving, modifying and uploading creative assets.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Possesses strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Adobe suite or graphic design experience is a plus.
