📋 Description
• Own the process of receiving, modifying and uploading creative assets. • Monitor ATOL and Salesforce status queues for materials. • Review design quality and provide feedback during and after the work has been completed. • Monitor digital orders for materials compliance. • Ensure all jobs are completed and routed to correct platform for publication. • Generate clear layouts, providing style examples and assembles needed materials and uploads materials to ATOL in a timely manner. • Work directly with Sales, DesignIQ creative team, and Post-Sales departments. • Communicate with Sales/Account Managers on all ad production matters.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Possesses strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Adobe suite or graphic design experience is a plus.
