📋 Description

• Provide operational and technical support to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization • Manage, maintain, and govern access to health insurance payer web portals • Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient portal access while supporting organizational operations

🎯 Requirements

• Operational and technical support experience • Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) • Knowledge of health insurance payer web portals • Skills in managing access to enrollment, eligibility, claims, remittance, authorizations, fee schedules, and provider communications • Ability to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient portal access • Proficient with standardized workflows, ticket systems, and performance metrics
