📋 Description

‱ Proactively identify, approach, and onboard reliable suppliers, including recyclers, processors, and manufacturers ‱ Build and scale long-term, high-volume repeat supply pipelines rather than transactional, one-off deals ‱ Execute structured, high-frequency daily outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover new supply opportunities ‱ Own the negotiation process for competitive pricing, volumes, and commercial terms ‱ Nurture and manage ongoing supplier relationships to ensure long-term partnership viability ‱ Collaborate closely with the India-based sales team to seamlessly execute active deals ‱ Communicate material specifications, pricing inputs, and supply availability clearly and efficiently ‱ Act as the critical bridge ensuring alignment between external suppliers and internal stakeholders ‱ Field and qualify inbound inquiries from the US and global markets, routing strategic opportunities internally ‱ Maintain meticulous records of all outreach and commercial activities within Zoho CRM ‱ Track key performance indicators, including supplier onboarding metrics, deal flow, and secured volumes ‱ Provide structured, data-driven weekly updates to leadership

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven track record in B2B procurement, sourcing, trading, or commercial sales roles with direct deal ownership ‱ Strong communication, presentation, and sharp negotiation capabilities ‱ A proactive 'hunter' mindset with a high comfort level executing high-frequency outreach and building relationships from scratch ‱ Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Zoho experience is a plus) ‱ Prior exposure to plastics, recycling, or commodity trading is highly advantageous.
