âą Proactively identify, approach, and onboard reliable suppliers, including recyclers, processors, and manufacturers âą Build and scale long-term, high-volume repeat supply pipelines rather than transactional, one-off deals âą Execute structured, high-frequency daily outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover new supply opportunities âą Own the negotiation process for competitive pricing, volumes, and commercial terms âą Nurture and manage ongoing supplier relationships to ensure long-term partnership viability âą Collaborate closely with the India-based sales team to seamlessly execute active deals âą Communicate material specifications, pricing inputs, and supply availability clearly and efficiently âą Act as the critical bridge ensuring alignment between external suppliers and internal stakeholders âą Field and qualify inbound inquiries from the US and global markets, routing strategic opportunities internally âą Maintain meticulous records of all outreach and commercial activities within Zoho CRM âą Track key performance indicators, including supplier onboarding metrics, deal flow, and secured volumes âą Provide structured, data-driven weekly updates to leadership
âą Proven track record in B2B procurement, sourcing, trading, or commercial sales roles with direct deal ownership âą Strong communication, presentation, and sharp negotiation capabilities âą A proactive 'hunter' mindset with a high comfort level executing high-frequency outreach and building relationships from scratch âą Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Zoho experience is a plus) âą Prior exposure to plastics, recycling, or commodity trading is highly advantageous.
