📋 Description

• Help shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences for product teams. • Contribute to end-to-end design process: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity designs. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas from concept to execution. • Help develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products. • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience. • Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices and share insights with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience in SaaS, web, or mobile applications. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). • Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus. • Bonus Points: Experience designing dashboards, complex workflows, or SaaS platforms. • Bonus Points: Background in both agency and in-house product design. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
