📋 Description
• Develop and ship new product features across frontend and backend (Rails + React) • Collaborate with product and design to shape user experiences and make scope tradeoffs • Instrument user behavior and iterate quickly based on analytics and customer feedback • Partner with growth and business teams to improve activation, retention, and conversion • Balance technical execution with product priorities to deliver results efficiently • Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to technical decision-making • Own features that directly impact customer success, growth, monetization, and customer experience • Collaborate closely with leadership, product, growth, and dedicated design and QA support
🎯 Requirements
• Full-stack engineer with strong Rails + React experience • Experience developing and shipping frontend and backend features (Rails + React) • Experience working closely with product and design teams • Motivated by solving customer problems and improving business outcomes • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to speed development and experimentation • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-trust, fast-moving environment
