📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, guiding technical teams through setup, testing, and go-live. • Serve as primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams. • Act as an internal advocate for customer needs, providing structured feedback to product and engineering to inform roadmap priorities. • Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customers realize measurable value from Canopy Connect’s platform. • Support contract renewals and growth initiatives in partnership with Sales, Engineering and Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience, preferably with our tech stack: • Node.js + Express • React + TailwindCSS + Next.js + React Aria • PostgreSQL • Design skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or similar • Amazon Web Services • Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integration needs. • Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize customer success processes in early-stage or scaling organizations. • Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot issues related to APIs, data integrations, and authentication workflows. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions. • Understanding of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security protocols.
