📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services and internal tools that support engineering workflows • Contribute to CI/CD systems and improvements to how software is built and deployed • Identify and help address friction in the development lifecycle through automation • Work with experienced DX engineers to deliver platform improvements • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand needs and improve developer experience • Support AI-enabled improvements in developer workflows where useful

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience building backend systems in production • Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go • Experience working with APIs and cloud-based systems • Interest in CI/CD, infrastructure, or developer tooling • Ability to grow into ownership over time with support from the team • Product mindset: you care about usability and developer experience
