• Extensive experience with PDLC Value and Mutual Success Planning frameworks • A collaborative, accountable approach to working with Sales leadership on deal strategy and resource prioritization • Proven ability to translate business outcomes into value-focused conversations • Confidence in owning and executing end-to-end proof of concept (POC) engagements • Mastery of the UT, UZ, and EHQ pricing models • Deep platform knowledge, with fluency in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies • A passion for enabling others—sharing best practices, mentoring team members, and multiplying impact across the org • Comfort handling security-related discussions and overcoming objections during the sales cycle • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives • A growth mindset, demonstrated by pursuit of professional development and industry certifications • Written and verbal fluency in both German and English
