📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise accounts and new business customers • Understand customer goals and surfacing opportunities • Demonstrate how UserTesting unlocks smarter, faster decisions • Connect platform capabilities to real business outcomes • Lead tailored demonstrations proving how solutions solve real problems • Manage proof of concept engagements • Collaborate with Sales organisation and Technical, Consulting, and Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Solutions Consultant • Strong understanding of technology in driving digital transformation • Ability to identify critical business issues and provide solutions • Experience in building and communicating use cases and value propositions • Strong demonstration and value-selling experience • Proven ability to translate business outcomes into value-focused conversations • Experience in end-to-end proof of concept (POC) engagements • Passion for enabling others and sharing best practices • Strong project management skills • Ideally, an interest or experience in CX, UX, User Research, digital Product Development • Written and verbal fluency in both German and English • Self-motivated and able to succeed in a dynamic environment • Willingness to travel to customer meetings • Native German speaker
