📋 Description
• serve as a functional systems lead within Strategic Enrollment Management Operations • responsible for supporting, configuring, and continuously improving the Slate CRM environment and related enrollment management systems • translate business needs from Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, SEM Operations, and other enrollment partners into scalable, sustainable system configurations • work closely with SEM functional units and coordinate with IT for integrations, security, infrastructure, or enterprise system dependencies • maintain SEM ownership of business configuration, operational design, and platform functionality
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, Data Analytics, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field • four years of experience supporting CRM systems, student information systems, enrollment management systems, business systems configuration, data operations, or related business process function • Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree
