âą Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions and strategic investments, from initial evaluation through closing âą Manage transaction workflows, including diligence planning, data rooms, timelines, and cross-functional coordination âą Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Development and Operations to ensure integration readiness âą Translate diligence insights and financial analyses into actionable integration plans and business recommendations âą Coordinate pre-close integration planning, including Day 1 priorities, risk identification, and operational decision-making âą Partner closely with finance teams to align valuation, underwriting, and modeling with operational realities âą Develop executive-level presentations and materials for investment committees and Board review âą Maintain and track a pipeline of strategic investment opportunities, ensuring clear prioritization and status updates âą Support post-acquisition performance tracking against underwriting assumptions âą Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless execution âą Build strong internal relationships to enable efficient decision-making and integration success âą Contribute to team development and continuous improvement of tools, processes, and best practices âą Perform additional duties as needed to support Corporate Development objectives
âą BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred âą 4-7 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, investment banking, private equity or related fields âą Demonstrated experience managing M&A processes, diligence execution and integration planning âą Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously âą Ability to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial and positive attitude âą High level of interpersonal skills, discretion and professionalism âą Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization âą Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; comfort working alongside advanced financial models âą Healthcare services or life sciences experience preferred
