• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and activities according to the curriculum • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra help with assignments or understanding concepts • Help maintain a positive classroom environment by encouraging positive behavior and managing behavioral issues when they arise • Collaborate effectively with the teacher to support the overall educational goals of the classroom
🎯 Requirements
• Completed some college coursework • Current clearances • Prior experience working with children or in educational settings encouraged
