📋 Description

• Run the Discord like a pro • Fast responses, clear announcements, tight atmosphere, zero bullshit. You set the tone. You enforce the rules. You keep the place sharp, safe, and useful. • Lead and align the moderators • Tone of voice, escalation, initiatives, culture — you’re the captain of the room. • Take over both Usual X accounts (main + intern/alt) • Build complementary strategies. Announce updates. Start conversations. Ping KOLs, protocols, founders, fintechs. Jump into relevant threads. Push the narrative. Shape the industry debate. • Become the voice of Usual across social media • Supported by our CMO, who kickstarted a high-quality communication culture — your job is to push it further: narrative, campaigns, education, media presence, thought leadership. • This role is central. You will speak for the protocol in real time. People will feel the impact of your words instantly.
