📋 Description

• Coordination of job requirement profiles, creating and posting job advertisements, screening applications and communicating with candidates • Support in applicant management and administrative maintenance of the HR system Personio • Support during onboarding and offboarding processes • Planning and organization of training and professional development measures • Maintenance and preparation of HR data and support with HR reporting • Monitoring legal framework conditions and implementing new regulations and processes • Support in organizing annual reviews and other recurring HR activities • Handling smaller HR projects and organizational tasks • Maintenance of the career page on the company website • Support in planning and organizing internal events, trade fairs and external events • Selection, ordering and coordination of promotional and marketing items

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related field • Initial experience in HR, recruiting or organizational roles is a plus but not required • Preferably experience with an applicant tracking system such as Personio • Structured, reliable and independent working style • Enjoy contributing your own ideas and learning new topics • Confident knowledge of common Office programs • German at C1 level
