📋 Description

• Design AV & BMS engineering systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and client requirements. • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems into projects. • Participate in spatial coordination with architectural and structural models and research efficient methodologies, equipment, and systems. • Resolve technical issues and challenges during the design phase. • Lead detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specifications using CAD tools, with BIM modeler support. • Perform market research on updated features and equipment. • Oversee equipment selection in alignment with project requirements and sustainability goals. • Contribute to value engineering discussions balancing cost, quality, and performance. • Supervise design development and review and approve third-party designers', consultants', and surveyors' deliverables. • Stay updated on technologies, trends, and regulations related to AV & BMS systems in luxury and hospitality sectors. • Work independently, coordinate with the team as needed, and deliver intermediate results weekly. • Report to the MEP design manager and collaborate with the broader design team and client representatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Building Engineering with a concentration in AV & BMS systems. • 4 to 10 years of experience in design consultancy or general contractor. • Experience with low-rise residential and hospitality projects, including private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD. • Professional level of English, written and verbal. • Ability to work independently, coordinate with the team, and deliver intermediate results weekly. • No visa sponsorship is provided for this position.
