📋 Description
• Interpret the client brief and collaborate with CGI artists, interior designers, and architects to create and develop creative concepts that complement and enhance the overall design and user experience • Produce Interior Sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3d renders. • Specify high-quality finishes, products and fixtures aligned with the project aesthetic and goals • Produce FF&E documentations and packages • Collaborate with procurement for sourcing and purchasing FF&E • Coordinate with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturers. • Design spaces that are suitable and optimized for a high end user experience. • Adjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining functionality • Independently explore innovative materials and techniques that enhance future projects
🎯 Requirements
• A degree in Interior Design / Interior architecture, or equivalent • Proven experience in Interior design within high-end residential / hospitality projects • At least five to ten years of professional experience as an Interior Designer • Advanced knowledge of material properties and solutions • Ability to think from small to big scale in spatial setups • Fluency in 2d/3d software such as AutoCAD, (3ds max, Rhino, Grasshopper Sketch-Up), and Adobe Suite programs (Id, Ps, and Ai) • Ability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews in rendering software (such as 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumnion, Vray, etc.) • Interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of meeting high industry standards • Portfolio sample of work (both professional and academic) • professional level of English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus • Ability to work remotely
