• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating commercial agreements • Provide hands-on support for Know Your Business (KYB) procedures • Assist in preparing, updating, and implementing internal corporate policies • Conduct detailed analytical research on legislative developments
🎯 Requirements
• Strong analytical mind • Industry Awareness of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech sectors • Foundational Understanding of European licensing regimes, specifically MiCA, MiFID, and EMI/PSD • Knowledge of international AML regulations, the Crypto Travel Rule
