📋 Description

• Manage, maintain, and support Azure Stack HCI infrastructure, including creating, deploying, and administering virtual machines, storage, and networking components • Monitor Azure Stack HCI infrastructure performance and troubleshoot and resolve system issues • Ensure Azure Stack HCI deployments meet security standards and compliance requirements • Implement and manage access controls, firewalls, encryption, and other security measures • Manage backup and disaster recovery processes • Regularly test and verify backup and recovery procedures • Document system configurations, procedures, and changes • Maintain records of system performance, issues, and resolutions • Provide technical consultation and advice to IT teams, business units, and management • Collaborate on infrastructure projects and initiatives • Participate in developing and implementing Azure Stack HCI security policies and procedures • Identify potential performance problems • Perform regular Azure Stack HCI data backups • Respond to Azure Stack HCI outages and incidents • Report to the Infrastructure Manager and work with IT team members and other departmental stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 3–5 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering, focused on Azure Stack HCI or similar technologies • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Stack HCI certifications are highly desirable • In-depth understanding of Azure Stack HCI, hyper-converged infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and networking • Familiarity with Windows Server, Azure services, and related Microsoft technologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Storage Spaces Direct • Experience with HCI architecture and design tools and technologies • Experience with Azure Stack HCI troubleshooting and problem resolution • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure • Willingness to stay updated with developments in Azure Stack HCI and related technologies • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
