📋 Description

• Oversee project teams and ensure IT projects are completed on time. • Create and deliver influential large-scale project communications with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm. • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project team and stakeholders throughout the complete project life cycle. • Manage ongoing customer communication and assist with facilitating communications, scheduling, business requirements/gap analysis, and testing. • Act as a single point of contact for project communications. • Management of project resources related to project tasks, risks, and any acceptance criteria and signoffs. • Schedule and facilitate project Team Meetings along with Weekly status reports / Status meetings as needed. • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices. • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members. • Balance of business and technical background: Ability to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively. • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio • Experience managing projects using MS SharePoint including creating and managing SharePoint Lists.
