📋 Description

• Manage paid advertising budgets, making adjustments to ensure KPIs meet targets; • Create and manage ads daily using ad-buying interfaces such as Facebook and Google Ads, paying close attention to detail and ensuring client ads are error-free; • Conduct weekly/biweekly check-in calls with clients, reporting on specific initiatives and overall account performance; • Produce recurring and ad hoc client reports and internal account analyses focused on performance and creative development; • Operationalize and manage programmatic media campaigns through DSPs and DMPs; • Brainstorm ad scripts, incorporating client needs and feedback whenever possible; • Develop strategies, execute and manage a variety of client advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads, handling creative project management from execution to analysis; • Translate technical concepts into actionable tactical and strategic plans; • Become familiar with client products and design promotional strategies on social media; • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign performance while benchmarking the market and recommending future tests; • Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the commercial side of digital advertising, with knowledge of the ecosystem of publishers, agencies, advertisers, and platforms; • Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, data providers, ad verification, and related platforms; • Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads; • Knowledge and experience with DV360; • Understanding of RTB and programmatic media selling models; • More than 1 year of experience in paid digital advertising, performance marketing, media buying, lead generation, or other data/quantitative fields; • Proactive, organized, and able to work well independently and in a team environment (self-starter who thrives in a startup environment); • Strong knowledge of performance marketing and key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, conversion rate, AOV, etc.; • Understanding of the online advertising and social media industry; • Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets for metric reporting, including building pivot tables; • Experience preparing marketing presentations; • Able to navigate Google Analytics, Shopify, or other platforms; • Experience managing monthly media budgets of R$50,000 or more.
