📋 Description
• Manage the end-to-end lettings process with efficiency and expertise • Book and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants • Win new landlords and grow the lettings portfolio • Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants • Ensure compliance with current UK lettings legislation and best practice
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience working at established real estate agencies (e.g., RE/MAX, Seeff) • Proven track record of managing own property portfolio • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative • Strong CRM system experience • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment • Preference for candidates with hands-on lettings experience (over purely administrative lettings roles)
