• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and prepare balance sheets. • Track and reconcile bank statements. • Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs) and process tax payments. • Support monthly payroll and keep organized records. • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed. • Other similar or related tasks.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish. • 1 – 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping assistance. • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection. • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
