📋 Description
• Provide technical leadership for the Data Foundation platform • Lead engineering delivery and quality • Lead the team building and maintaining enterprise data pipelines • Build and maintain data products, canonical data models, and data services • Enable analytics, AI, integration, and operational reporting • Partner with the Service Owner, Architecture Team, and Platform Engineering Lead • Deliver scalable, trusted, and maintainable data solutions aligned with enterprise standards and strategic objectives • Ensure engineering execution, solution quality, and operational reliability • Develop a high-performing data engineering team
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced English • Deep expertise in data engineering • Expertise in modern data architectures • Expertise in distributed processing • Expertise in engineering excellence • Hands-on technical leadership experience • Experience building and maintaining enterprise data pipelines, data products, canonical data models, and data services • Experience with Big Data, MDM, and PySpark
