📋 Description

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for PeopleSoft applications, including incident and ticket resolution • Handle maintenance and support activities, including applying Oracle certificates, PeopleSoft and CPU patch updates • Administer and troubleshoot application servers, process schedulers, and web server domains • Configure and manage Elasticsearch, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Use Change Assistant for applying Oracle-delivered bug fixes • Perform performance tuning of application, web, and process scheduler servers • Conduct PeopleSoft debugging, tracing, and troubleshooting • Support Oracle database backup management and assist with performance tuning • Manage and support Integration Broker and Single Sign-On • Configure and troubleshoot Integration Broker • Set up and configure clustering, load balancing, and failover for PeopleSoft servers • Perform PeopleSoft environment refreshes, including file servers and recreation of application, web, and process scheduler domains • Work with the technical team on impact analysis for applied patches and packages • Work with the technical team on development issues requiring Apps DBA and PeopleTools Metadata knowledge • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly health checks and ensure instance health • Generate security access reports across environments • Create and maintain environment catalogs and relevant documentation

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of experience (YOE) as a PeopleSoft Administrator • Current PeopleTools version: PT 8.59 • Basic database administration knowledge acceptable; dedicated Database Administrator expertise is not required • Experience with project migrations using STAT tool • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools • Basic Azure cloud knowledge is an advantage • PeopleSoft application support across L1, L2, and L3 levels • Knowledge of Oracle certificates, PeopleSoft patches, and CPU patch updates • Experience administering application servers, process schedulers, and web server domains • Experience with Elasticsearch configuration and troubleshooting • Experience using Change Assistant • Knowledge of performance tuning for application, web, and process scheduler servers • PeopleSoft debugging, tracing, and troubleshooting knowledge • Oracle database backup management and performance tuning knowledge • Apps DBA and PeopleTools Metadata knowledge • Knowledge of Integration Broker, Single Sign-On, clustering, load balancing, and failover • Ability to generate security access reports and maintain environment documentation
