📋 Description
• Handling troubleshooting, deep-dive investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex technical issues. • Managing health, job, integration, performance, and data growth monitoring based on SAP best practices. • Performing administrative tasks such as log data cleaning, security patch level maintenance (applying SAP Security Notes), and data growth management (partitioning/archiving). • Maintenance of transport landscapes and execution of standard and non-preapproved technical changes.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 5–7 years of expert hands-on SAP Basis administration and support experience. • A valid SAP Certification in Basis Technology is non-negotiable. • Resources must be prepared to meet stringent SLAs, including a 20-minute reaction time and 4-hour resolution time for Priority 1 (Very High) incidents. • Proficiency in SAP Focused RUN, Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow (SNOW) is required. • Must act as technical mentors, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to highlight technical risks promptly to SAP leadership.
