📋 Description

• Develop and maintain C# software systems for McDonald's technology initiatives. • Contribute to architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems. • Take projects from scoping requirements through launch and delivery. • Drive operational precision and engineering best practices. • Collaborate in a hybrid team at WeWork Torre Reforma (Mexico City) and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. • Participate in design and code reviews; mentor engineers and support system reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience with programming experience in C# • 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience. • Proven knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms) • Strong verbal and written communication skills; hard-working and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment. • Proven leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational precision and best practices. • Highly quantitative with great judgment and passion for building a great customer experience. • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements to launch to delivery. • English proficiency required. • Hybrid modality with office days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Mexico City.
