📋 Description
• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing project timelines • Develop/own/ and maintain the teams’ roadmap, aligning project goals with business objectives • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles • Support the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team performance
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in relevant roles in software developing industry, preferably experienced with Fintech • BA/BS in Computer Science or other relevant engineering experience • Proven track record of providing exceptional program management preferably within fintech or enterprise business systems during all phases of project from kick-off to ship • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working as a Scrum Master • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are a plus.
