• Strong UX designer with ability to translate complex problems, constraints, and inputs into clear experiences • Demonstrated skill in understanding product strategy and direction, turning intent into effective design outcomes • Comfortable working across ambiguity, synthesizing inputs from business, technology, and users • Ability to create clean, thoughtful designs and flows that prioritize clarity, usability, and consistency • Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on outcomes • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, tools, or products is a plus
